TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Registration Fee: A non-refundable £249 joining fee is required to secure your place in the 2025 London Marathon with Sher Khan Foundation.
2. Fundraising Target: Successful applicants will aim to raise a minimum of £3,800, which will fund the construction of one home for our Shelter Campaign in Bangladesh.
3. Deadline: All fundraising must be completed by the deadline set by the Sher Khan Foundation. Failure to meet the target may result in withdrawal from the marathon. Flexibility may be granted at the charity's discretion.
4. Withdrawal: If you withdraw from the event for any reason, the registration fee is non-refundable, and any donations collected will be retained by Sher Khan Foundation to support the Shelter Campaign.
5. Marathon Rules: Participants agree to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the London Marathon organizers. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
6. Use of Funds: All funds raised will be used for the Sher Khan Foundation's Shelter Campaign, with the goal of providing safe homes for vulnerable communities in Bangladesh.
7. Media and Promotion: By participating, you consent to the use of your name, image, and fundraising story in promotional materials for Sher Khan Foundation.
8. Health & Safety: Participants must ensure they are physically fit to participate in the marathon and may be asked to provide medical clearance if necessary.
9. Age Requirement: All participants must be 18 years or older on the day of the event (2025 London Marathon). Failure to meet this requirement will result in disqualification without a refund of the registration fee.
10. Liability: By participating in the 2025 London Marathon with Sher Khan Foundation, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. Sher Khan Foundation, its staff, and associated parties will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during training or participation in the event. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are adequately prepared and insured for the marathon.
