“The foundation”), subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms before using the site.

Access and use of this site (www.skf.org.uk, “The site”) constitutes an agreement by you to be bound by these terms, and the documents that they refer to. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please stop using the site immediately.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

2. Usage of the site

You agree to only use the site for lawful purposes, and in no way that restricts, inhibits or
infringes the use or enjoyment of the site by any third party. The site is for your personal and
non-commercial use only.

You agree that any costs and expenses incurred by you in relation to your usage of this site
are your sole responsibility. Should you transmit any data or communication to us through
the site, such as suggestions, feedback, or communication, this will be treated as
nonconfidential and non-proprietary information.

The site is intended to be used and accessed from the UK. Should you access the site from
locations outside of the UK, you remain responsible for your compliance with local laws and

The site is intended for general information about us and our activities only. The foundation
will try and ensure that the site is available and up to date, however we do not warrant or
guarantee that the provision of the site will be uninterrupted, error/defect free or that it will be
free from bugs and viruses. Nothing on the site and the information contained should be
taken as technical, financial, legal advice or any other type of advice, or be relied upon for
any purpose.

Sher Khan Foundation takes no responsibility for the accuracy of information contained on
any sites referred to or linked to from this site. Our inclusion of links or references to such
websites does not imply endorsement of the material on those websites or any association
with their operators.

5. Donations through our site

We reserve the right to vary prices for our donation packages (for e.g. food parcels) at any
time and without notice. This may be necessary depending on the currency exchange rate
between the UK and the countries in which we operate, or the changing costs of materials
needed or otherwise.

If you have made a donation in error, please contact us at admin@skf.org.uk and we will do
our best to help.

6. Limitation of liability

In accordance with the law, nothing included in these terms and conditions attempts to
exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraudulent
misrepresentation, or any other liability.

To the extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of
data), breach of statutory duty or otherwise which arises in connection with the use of (or
inability to use) the site or the use/reliance on any content contained on the site.

7. Force Majeure

We will have no liability to you or any third party for any breach of these terms or loss or
damage as a result of an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This
includes but is not limited to any act of God, strike, trade dispute, pandemic and act of

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

The terms and conditions here are to be governed and construed in accordance with the

exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
